If it's your first time buying a Delta-8-THC vape cart you may be wondering how long it'll last. In other words, how many puffs will you get from a Delta-8 cart? How many puffs will you need to take each time to experience the desired effects? And how long will the cart actually last?
There are no hard and fast rules to dosing with your Delta-8 vaporizer, and you may need more or less than the next person to experience the effects you want. Still, we'll give you some estimates to help you understand what to expect from your Delta-8 cart so you can decide if it's a good investment for you.

When you take a puff or two from your Delta-8-THC cart, you probably won't notice any visual change in the amount of oil in the pod. That makes it pretty difficult to know how many puffs you'll get out of each cart without counting every puff you take until it's empty. Luckily, we have some experience with Delta-8 carts and can key you in on approximately how many puffs you'll get.
Our Elev8 Delta-8 Vape Cart contains 1 gram of Delta-8-THC oil which is approximately 5% terpenes (used for strain profiling). That means that each cart has approximately 950 mg of Delta-8-THC. A vape cart may deliver anywhere from 150 to 300 individual doses (single puffs) depending on the length of each dose. We recommend smaller puffs, which means you will get 300 doses out of each cart, and each puff will deliver about 3 mg of Delta-8.
It's hard to pinpoint any exact numbers here since your puff may vary in size from the next person’s, but these estimates can be useful as you determine how long a single cart will last.
The number of puffs, or single doses, you need to take from your Delta-8-THC cart to reach your desired results will vary. That's because some people prefer to microdose Delta-8, or take very small doses to experience the therapeutic benefits without the psychoactive effects. Alternatively, some people enjoy Delta-8-THC recreational benefits, which means they want to take a large enough dose to experience the mental and physical lift that Delta-8 can provide. We can't accurately say how many doses you'll need since the dosing window is pretty large, but the method for figuring out the best Delta-8-THC dose for you is the same either way.
Vaporizers make it really easy because the effects kick in almost instantly, which means you can take one small dose at a time and wait only a few minutes to gauge the effects. This makes it simple to stack doses until you feel the effects that you want. Just remember to keep up with how many doses you take so that you'll know how many puffs you'll need the next time around.
