It's a possibility, but there's one new cannabinoid you should now about...

What is CBN (Cannibidol) and why is it the new buzz of the industry?

A poor night's sleep impacts every part of your day, and it's hard to overlook the negative health effects associated with insomnia and other sleep disorders.

We know the struggle firsthand. As a busy artist and an injured veteren, stress and pain had stolen it’s fair share of restful nights from us. We found reprieve in cannabinoid therapeutics, but quickly learned that the hemp CBD market isn’t as reliable and straightforward as we’d hoped.

In fact, many people are entirely unaware of the sleep benefits that CBD and CBN may offer, and have no idea how to navigate the cannabinoid market.

CBD’s benefits rely on its impact on the Endocannabinoid System, or a system of "check and balances" that lives in our brain and immune system. (And yes! It's named after the cannabis plant!)

If you've never heard of the Endocannabinoid System, you may be surprised to know that it impacts almost every aspect of your daily life. In fact, researchers have come to learn that the Endocannabinoid System plays a huge role in maintaining overall homeostasis in the body.

Studies show that proper endocannabinoid balance helps to regulate countless crucial bodily functions, like metabolism, mood, pain signaling, and—you guessed it—sleep cycles.

So, where does CBD come in?

Well, it acts like one of the body's natural Endocannabinoids, the "messenger" portion of the Endocannabinoid System. CBD can bind with the same receptor sites as these natural neurotransmitters, meaning it can help “fill in the gaps” when the Endocannabinoid System is out of whack.

These gaps may cause restlessness, pain that keeps you awake at night, inflammation, or a slew of other symptoms that make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. As a result, the hemp market is flooded with all sorts of CBD solutions that promise an end to restlessness.

The problem? Not all CBD is made the same.

Many manufacturers have zoned in on pure CBD (called “ CBD isolate”), while evidence points to increased benefits when using a combination of cannabinoids (called “ full spectrum”). Advanced cannabinoid techniques point to an even more targeted cannabinoid therapy, like a combination of CBD and CBN, the minor cannabinoid commonly referred to as “ the sleep cannabinoid.”

Others have simply taken advantage of the industry’s spark, slapping overinflated price tags on products that contain little to no cannabinoids at all.

Not us.

We spent years surveying the CBD market as third-party distributors, which gave us a unique opportunity to test some of the best and worst CBD products out there.

The impact has driven us to create superior full spectrum CBD products for those who search for effective CBD at an affordable price. We balance on the ideology of incorporating CBD into your daily routine to optimize wellness, and we used advanced cannabinoid formulas to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Say hello to Vida Optima. Grown by nature. Fueled by Science.

Does CBD have to be expensive to be effective?

If youhave dipped your toes in the CBD market and thought “woah, what a price tag!”, you’re not alone. Unfortunately, many CBD manufacturers have taken advantage of the age old mantra “you get what you pay for” in order to pry every single possible penny out of the consumers who rely on their products everyday.

Many of these companies will cite “advanced extraction techniques” and “expensive lab testing” as the reason behind their outrageous price tags. We’re here to tell you—CBD is not as expensive to manufacture as these big name brands want you to think.

Vida Optima products rely on a carefully curated manufacturing process that utilizes industry leading CO2 extraction techniques to create cannabinoid-rich hemp extract, followed by third-party testing to ensure quality and label accuracy.

We even add an array of premium vitamins, holistic wellness ingredients, and minor cannabinoids and terpenes to many of our products, which is something that you won’t find in other CBD products. And in the end, we still are able to offer our products to you at a fraction of the price of other brands.

Why?

Because we don’t exploit CBD’s popularity in the name of profit. We simply create delicious, useful, and effective CBD products that we know our customers will love, and they keep coming back for more!

In order to help you see how huge the price gap is, we pulled prices from some of our leading competitors. This chart compares our CBD Tincture to similar products from other brands:

As you can see, Vida Optima products come at a fraction of the price charged by other reputable CBD companies. Our 1500 mg CBD Tincture costs only $59.95, or $0.04 per milligram. Even our closest price competitors charge nearly double that at $0.06 per milligram.

To make it even more confusing, some brands mark their bottles to show the total volume of hemp extract, but not necessarily the total amount of active CBD in each bottle. When you really do the math, you’ll often see the real price per milligram of CBD skyrocket.

Vida Optima products show you what you need to know on every label, including the total amount of CBD and other minor cannabinoids. Our numbers aren’t inflated, they’re carefully calculated and backed by third-party lab test results on every product page.

A good night’s sleep doesn’t need to be out of reach. For affordable, honest, and reliable CBD products made according to the industry’s highest standards, check out our CBD for Sleep collection here.
